Experience

I have 2 years of tutoring experience in both secondary and JC. Most of my students have seen a decent improvement in their grades. There are also some extraordinary cases whereby my students have experienced steep improvement in their grades within a short time frame. Often, the willingness to work hard is a trait seen in these students.
A JC2 student from River Valley High School(IP) saw extreme improvement in her H2 chemistry grade from a 'U' to a 'B' after receiving 3 months of my tuition
A JC1 student from PJC who only had tuition 2 months before her promotional exams improved her H2 chemistry grade from a ‘U’ to a ‘D’
A IB Maths student from Canadian International School.
This is possible as I am familiar with the school syllabus and the way questions are being asked in school exams. I use interesting analogies to illustrate concepts and also encourage them to apply common sense in understanding some of the theories. I am also able to identify student's weaknesses and work on them. Above all, I am passionate, committed, patient and genuinely interested in helping students achieve their goals.
