Experience

I have been teaching for the past two years. Mainly to help students who are referred to me by parents and my friends. Coaching allows me to see how effective i am , since i would regard their performance to be a measure of my ability.It also tells me how good my communication skills are because we learn through what is taught to us.

It is understandable that as parents we want the best for our children. I like to put myself in the shoes of both the parent and their child to better understand their concerns. No two children are alike and hence their needs would be very different. This is the part i like about home tuition because it gives me the time and space to better understand how i can help the student. Hence in doing so, i would be able to better cater to his or her individual needs so that he or she can benefit from their precious personal time spent.

Commitment

My Friday evenings as well as the entire weekends (both Saturday and Sundays) are free for students to use.

I am unable to offer my help during the weekdays due to personal commitments such as preparing myself for my university courses and work. Nevertheless, my phone line is always open for the student to use in any case that he or she needs help.

I do know that parents would be concerned about the level of commitment with regards to the duration that i can be of help to their child. I hope to reassure you that for the foreseeable future( now till the entire of year 2012) i see no issue with spending my time as a mentor to your child.
