Experience

I have 3 years of experience teaching Chinese from Primary to O' Level. But I would also like to be given a chance to teach pre-primary children, as I believe in building foundation at a young age, especially for languages. It will allow the child to progress much easier as he/she moves up the education level.
Chinese is a language that is not very well liked by students, and it may be difficult to stir up their interest in the subject. Getting a child interested in a particular subject, especially languages, is essential and will make their learning curve much less steeper.
I had an O' Level student who used to fail his Chinese. But after providing tuition to him from the second half of Sec 3 till his O' Level, he was able to achieve a B3 in his Chinese O' Level.
