Experience

I have been teaching primary school students and O level students for the last fifteen years in Singapore. I have lots of patience dealing with children due to my prolonged years of experience. I aim to cater to each and every child to the best of my abilities. Last year I had a student from Raffles Girls Primary. She joined me when she completed her primary 3 with a score of 72 for mathematics. After a year of tutoring, her year end primary 4 results shot up to a 98. She managed to sustain the score up till her Primary 6 year where she obtained an A star for her PSLE.
My O level students learning Principles of Accounts under me also did very well. A pair of twins who came to me one month before the O level exam with F9 for their prelim managed to pass their paper with B3 and C5.

Commitment

Being a full time tutor, I am able to start immediately and I take a break only in the last week of December.

Experience

I have 3 young children. Apart from my children, I interact frequently with the friends of my children too. As I am fair person, young children like to communicate with me even though I can be firm and stern when need to.
I have a few years experience of teaching primary school students, especially lower primary school students.
My teaching method is to encourage self driven learning by the children themselves. I achieve this through games and activities, rewards such as well done stickers and plenty of words of encouragement.
