I have a strong passion for teaching and value-adding to my students. It gives me a great sense of satisfaction when I see my students improving and finding the joy in learning. I am a responsible and patient, and believe in helping students of various ability levels.
Over the years, I have received thank you cards and words of appreciation from both the students, and grateful parents for helping their children improve and achieve success. I have helped students of varying ability levels improve their grasp of the subject matter and improve their results too.
I would scaffold a topic to make it easier for students to learn, sharing with students the tips and formulae for doing well for the various subjects, and at the same time help them develop a liking for the subjects they are learning.
To me, understanding the strengths and weakness of every single child is important, as every one of them is unique. It is only after one have understood a child and his/her learning style and ability, only then would a tutor be able to help the child with the appropriate strategy.
