Experience

i have 5yrs experience as a full time tutor,i have 2 kids as well so i understand the parents concerns for their child and i strongly about learning thru playing rather then forcing the kids to study and make them lose intrest and rejective to that subject.
My current students have been with me for atleast 3 yrs and they really enjoy their lesson and their grades have improved and they really make effort to try and do well.

Experience

I am an ex-MOE Chemistry teacher at Meridien JC until Dec 2014, previously was teaching at TJC.
I have expertise and good knowledge in the A level curriculum/syllabus (having worked in MOE HQ as well in looking at the A level curriculum for 2 years 6 mths).
In my last position, I was the Subject Head interested in cultivating skills and dispositions in students towards science learning and literacy, especially in preparing them for the unknown future. This is especially important now as the A level questions also require students to apply fundamental concepts in unfamiliar contexts.
I do have a track record of students in my classes, achieving value-added results. My lessons will have a balance of engagement and expectations/firmness.

Commitment

I am currently available to take on tutorship anytime (current schedule permitting).

Experience

I worked at Tony Buzan Learning Centre, where we teach kids to effective study using techniques that aid them in thinking on a higher level. We incorporate mind maps and presentations in to our teachings as well. This engages students and makes it less boring.
