Experience

I have experience in teaching primary school kids in northern China. My students love my approach of introducing Chinese history and culture through story-telling. She believe in observing and picking up areas of weakness for subjects she teach and plan her lesson prior to each lesson so she can deliver on the day of lesson.
3) Have a bachelor in early childhood education hence needs to learn about special needs children. In 2016, taught a pri 1 dyslexic student. In 2015, taught 2 dyslexic students.

Being a former preschool & student care principal, I have strong experiences in handling children / teenagers. I also believe in positive reinforcements and patience when it comes to helping students achieve long term goals.

Experience

Currently a student in Ngee Ann Polytechnic studying the Diploma in Early Childhood Education. I have experience teaching in the preschool setting but I aim to become a primary or secondary school teacher in the future.
I believe that a teacher should be encouraging and treat the tutee as a friend in order to let the tutee be more open to the tutor's teachings and opinions to allow him/her to learn better in the process.
I do not have any official tutoring job experience, but I have done voluntary mentoring of primary school children in the past. I am also currently a camp instructor under Camp High Achiever where I facilitate primary school and secondary school students in adventure, leadership and character development camps

Commitment

As I'm am having my holiday now (22/2/2015 - 20/4/2015), i am able to carry out tuition assignments any day during this period. However, I will only be available in the weekends when my school semester starts.
I will place priority of the tuition classes that have been assigned to me.
