This would allow them to explain the lessons better to the student . If a certain style doesn't work well with a particular student or doesn't suit him, they must exercise creativity and flexibility and experiment with/think of other new ways. In addition, I also learn the various behavourial managements of children from my supervisor and co-teachers during my team work with them. My 6 years of working with students is never boring but full of challenges and satisfaction!
