I will be going to NUS B.A. in 2015.
I am a dedicated teacher and I think that teaching a kid, be it just one subject, in Secondary school serves as a platform for me to build their confidence in themselves and their school work. Building their confidence is key to helping a child succeed and it is with hope that this key factor can push the child on for his/her other subjects.
I have tutored for over 2 years, and my most recent assignment was helping a kid in Mathematics. He managed to improve his grades from C5 to A1 (95%) within less than a term. I have also tutored geography and general paper. With my tips and tricks, the students have managed to get an A for their prelims in JC2.
I also have no problems with children that have difficulties studying like that of dyslexia or hyperactivity. I have taught many dyslexic children since 2009 and improved their english overtime. I hope you would give me a chance to tutor your child!
