Below are my O levels grades in 1999, but since then my teaching ability in the subjects below had greatly improved. Maths: A1 Science: B3 Eng: B3Currently, I am a volunteer of NTU Rotaract Club Tutoring Program in Ayer Rajah Community Centre. This is a weekly commitment. Our job scope included guiding the children to do their homework and assessment papers. At the same time, I had 2 years experience to be a tutor. In the previous years, I had been a one-to-one Mathematics home tutor. My student is in secondary 3. He had been failed in his mathematics exam since secondary 1 because of his weak mathematics basic in primary school. However, after being taught by me for half and a year, his mathematics had an obvious gradual improvement, which is from failed to get a grade of B+. This is the proudest achievement that I had ever in my tutoring experience.

H2 Mathematics - AI came to Hwa Chong Institution four years ago on a scholarship and have currently excelled in all subjects I have taken in A Level (Straight A across 8 subjects). I am also enthusiastic about advanced curricula in science and have been representing school in the Singapore Maths, Physics and Chemistry Olympiads, winning Gold (Maths, National 8th) and Silver (Physics and Chemistry) medals. Besides, I also did a physics research under the guidance of an NUS specialist and had my paper published on a prestigious academic journal (Physical Review A, a journal of American Physical Society). Though I had not taught tuition before, I was actively engaged in peer-tutoring previously in my school to help my fellow schoolmates whose grades had then been significantly improved. Thus I believe I am able to teach tuition lessons, especially in maths and science subjects where I am strong.
