Experience

I have been giving home tuition in Primary and Secondary Maths, Physics and Chemistry for close to six years now. My philosophy has always been to prepare beforehand the topics I wish to execute and educate my students with a method they could easily comprehend. Students of a young age may not have developed the skill-set or determination required to independently understand their academic syllabus, and therefore it is extremely important to keep the educational materials as light-weighted and interesting as possible. Students under me have shown to not only improve tremendously, but also develop interest and independence in the academic aspect.

Experience

I have taught higher education in a UK university, where I obtained the Associate Fellowship with the Higher Education Academy (HEA) in the UK.
I was previously working with children and teens with special needs and learning issues as well as typical developing children and teens. I apply occupational therapy techniques as well as learning approaches to enhance learning as every child learns differently and has different needs.
I am currently teaching Sec English, Maths and Science subjects. Previously I also taught Primary students for the same 3 subjects.

Experience

I have a passion for teaching and I believe that having a good rapport with students is one important thing to take note of. My teaching method is simple. Teach and reinforce. I will ensure that the students understand what is being taught and also make sure that they learn from their mistakes by strengthening their weak areas. I have taught primary school students and I am still currently doing teaching as my part time job. I enjoy teaching younger students because I can relate to their adolescence.
