Experience

I had a few months of experience at peer tutoring during my time in poly for weaker students from other courses. Other than that, I used to regularly help out my sister with her work during secondary school and poly.
I prefer for tutees to learn by understanding the content fully, therefore I am willing to spend my own time in knowing the materials better in order to pass on the information to my tutees. But all in all, my methods change according to the tutee's preferences because I believe everyone has their own unique way of approaching problems.

Commitment

I can start anytime from now on until mid September. There may be days where I have appointments but there will not be any issue of clashing with tuition timings because I will always try to sort them out one or two weeks beforehand.
Tuition time is largely dependent on the tutees but evenings/nights would be preferred.
