I have been a Full-time Tutor for 4 years. My style of teaching varies from student to student as each individual is unique and has different needs. I will usually find out from my students what difficulties are they facing and then find the most appropriate way to teach them.
I taught mostly weak students who scored an average of 20% to 40% when I first taught them. After 6 to 8 months, their grades improved considerably. Some even scored a B or A grade.
However, it takes 2 hands to clap. If the student stick to my strict study schedule and provide a willingness to learn, I can guarantee improvements in their results.
