I am a graduate with 2 years of teaching experience at MPM math enrichment centre and home tuition. As I am working as a full-time home tutor, my schedule is flexible and I have more time slots available. Currently, I have been teaching English, Chinese, Math and Science to 3 primary students. All have shown improvements and more interest towards learning these subjects.

I help the students to understand concepts instead of by the rote of memorization. I will select assessment books that incorporate thinking based questions into the topics instead of repetitive practice so as to keep my students interested in the subject. It also trains them to learn how to tackle challenging/twisted questions and not just blindly doing their work.

During lesson, I encourage my students to attempt the questions by themselves first before asking for help immediately. This is because I hope to develop confidence and an independent learning attitude in them.

I have been helping students in math for roughly 1 year+. I have managed to help students to overcome their fear of the subjects and changing their mentality that they can pass the subjects.

Previously, I am a free lance ah hoc lecturer for a private educator. However, due to stringent requirements and a fastidious approach by ''CASE TRUST', the private education centre has folded.
