<p>I am an undergraduate from the National University of Singapore, who is majoring in Life Sciences.<br> <br> I am a committed tutor who will ensure that my students are adequately prepared for their examinations. I have experience in tutoring primary and secondary students. Besides that, I was appointed as a peer leader during my secondary school days to guide my peers in their studies. In addition, I engage in peer tutoring where I often partake in teaching my peers in areas that they have doubts with. <br> <br> I have experience in tutoring primary and secondary students. I have personally coached and guided them through their work meticulously. I have seen my students acheiving excellent grades through my guidance. I believe that each student is unique and my aim is to create a fun learning experience, which is effective as well in ensuring my students are able to learn well. I will tailor my lessons to suit the needs of each individual students in order to make sure that the pace and intensity of the lesson is best suited to the student. To elaborate, I have tutored primary level english, maths and science. For secondary level, I have tutored mathematics, science and E-maths. Through my patience and meticulous teaching, my students are motivated and go on to acheive good grades in their examination. I always believe that learning has to be engaging and I wil always try to stimulate my student's interest in the topic.<br> <br> I have achieved 5 distinctions in both my O levels and A levels. During my JC days, I am ranked second in my cohort for my academic and CCA achievements by my college. In addition, I am part of a team of 'High Achievers' during my Junior College days. I have also represented my school in the Singapore Biology Olympiad, Singapore Chemistry Olympiad and the American Mathematics Competition.<br> <br> In addition, I have also co-authored a scientific paper in a scientific journal (Aquaculture).</p>
