Experience

I'm currently an undergraduate and will be matriculated into NUS in year 2015.
Having gone through tuition myself, I understand the need for the lessons to be tailor-made to the needs of each individual. Having assessed the tutee's level of competency and areas of strength/weakness in the first few lessons, I'll make an effort to customize future lessons to suit his/her needs and pace of learning. In addition, having graduated from RJC, I've been blessed to be taught by some of the best teachers equipped with effective teaching methods
which I find would be useful in teaching my students.
I strongly believe that in order to perform well academically, one must first have a good foundation of the subject and strong grasp of the basics. This is evident in my previous tutoring experience where I tutored a student for his N'level Mathematics exams. In a span of few months where we revisited the basic concepts before moving on to more challenging questions, the student had managed to improve drastically from failing to eventually attaining a 'B' in the national exam.
I believe that I am a committed, patient and creative tutor who will put in his best efforts in harnessing the potential of each and every student.

Two Temasek Primary students achieved A+ (Chinese) and Distinction (+3 Points) for Higher Chinese. A Ngee Ann Primary student achieved A (Chinese) and Distinction (+3 Points) for Higher Chinese. A Red Swastika student achieved A (Chinese) and Merit (+2 Points) for Higher Chinese.

1) Currently with 8 tutees (excluding students whom he is teaching in a tuition centre) whom is he teaching pure chem, pure physics, A math & E math.

I have 3 years of experience teaching secondary and junior college. After giving tuition to a sec 2 boy, his grades jumped from C to a 81 just recently. Another boy also see his grades improve from a fail to a B in his recent EOY.
I am in NS and have secured a place in NTU Accountancy.
