Experience

I am a former students from Hwa Chong Junior College. I have had experience in teaching a group of 5 primary 6 students in Lian Hua Primary School for 4 months. During this period, they were attain to improve from fail to pass for their mathematics exam. At the same time, I also taught English and Mathematics to a primary 3 student who suffers from muscle distrophy.
I taught four Pri 6 kids from LIan Hua Pri school and one P3 kid from Rivervale Pri school, in English and Maths.
Through these experiences, I have learnt to break down complicated concepts into simplier that the weaker students can understand. I also learnt to deal with children who have short attention span.
In school, I was in the Gifted and Talented Education Programme, a selective programme that admits higher ability student to learn at a deeper level. I have also been awarded the edusave scholarship in 2010 and 2012. Meanwhile, I was awarded a bronze medal in the Singapore Junior Chemistry Olympiad in 2012
I will be going to NUS accountancy in 2018.
