Experience

I have taught two students, both of which are in secondary school. Being an arts student, I specialize in the humanities but, I can also teach mathematics. After teaching for just a few months, both students experienced great improvement in their academic results. For example, 1 student had a mediocre grade of c for mathematics for the mid-year examination, and jumped to a high B for the end of years, in the span of just 2 months. This is attributed to my specialized and individualized teaching methods, so as to suit the needs of each student. I strongly believe that tution time is not time to do work, but instead an avenue for the student to ask questions and clear doubts.
I am teaching English & History to a Sec 3 girl from Chinese Girls School for about 2 years.
