I have tutored many students ranging from Lower Primary to Higher Secondary. My students used to hate certain subjects because they thought that it's hard to pass those subjects so they always failed but I taught them how to love those subjects & I always made sure that every tuition lesson was fun-learning. Now they love those subjects they used to hate & their results have improved tremendously to at least a B. They also enjoy every tuition lesson with me. Currently, my students include two Primary students (English, Maths and Science), one International Students from Korea (English- especially in creative writing and spoken English), and two Secondary students in Maths and Science. I guide my students step-by-step and go into details, ensuring that they grasp the principles and concepts. Most importantly, I will find out concepts that my students are weak in and highlight them to my students. I believe that every student can excel if we, as educators, can aid them in recognizing their weak points and improve on them. I always emphasize in motivating and engaging the interests of my students in the subjects. For music piano lessons, I currently teach one Grade2 girl, and another Grade4 girl. Also, I am teaching two 3-yr olds toddlers together, in developing their music awareness. I also taught an adult (over 30yrs old), guiding her for a concert piece she was preparing to perform. Emphasis is on cultivating the individual's interest in piano and music, the technique of touch, fingerings, and technical skills in playing the piano.
