E Maths - A1 A Maths - A1I was in the Gifted Programme from Pri 4 to Sec 4. I topped the nation for the PSLE and GCE O levels. I tutored several of my peers when i was in RJC and RI. I did this out of good will and for no monetary gain. The average increase in my friends' grades was 2-3 grade levels, mostly from a B3 to an A1 or a C to an A. I also tutored students from other secondary schools for money when i was in RJC. They mostly went from Cs and Ds to As and Bs.

Principles of Accounts (POA) - A1I am an ex Hwa Chong student awaiting enlistment. To me, a good tutor is one that is able to ignite the interest and fervor for the language to his tutee. In order to excel in examinations, genuine interest in the subject and learning efficiently are very important. As the recent trend of questions suggests, mere rote-learning or hard memorizing does not secure a good grade anymore. I am confident of teaching my tutees in the most efficient manner possible, according to his/her aptitude and strengths. I am a flexible person, so any extra intensive lessons or switch in lesson time slot can be arranged. Having taken my A levels recently, I'd say I am well-versed and up-to-date with the requirements of the syllabus. Although I have not had any formal tutoring experience before, I had taught a group of 2-3 students Combined Science (Biology/Chemistry) at Chestnut Drive Secondary School over a span of 1 week. I am willing to make up for my lack of experience with my sincere dedication, by going the extra mile to give my tutees a push for their quest of academic excellence.

Maths - A Econs - AI have been giving private tuition to primary school students as well as to secondary school student for three years. Two years ago, I taught two sisters from Rulang Primary School, one in Primary 4 and the other in Primary 6. The primary four student improved from just pass to getting band 1 for her mathematics subject. The primary 6 student achieved a score of 232 in her PSLE but chose to settle for a neighbourhood secondary school in her vicinity nearby. I am committed and will give extra tuition sessions when the students' exams are approaching and sometimes even give free extended question and answer sessions when students ask alot of questions.
