Experience

Currently, I am teaching 2 kids (primary school level). The subjects are English, Maths & Tamil.
Usually before tutoring any kid, I undertake research on the appropriate pedagogy to teach them effectively. Most of the time, I adopt a Performance – Reward Scheme, hence I reward them with stickers upon good performance.
Additionally, I also schedule weekly tests to assess their understanding and overcome thier phobia of Assessments.
I also understand that some students take longer to understand certain concepts, compared to others. Therefore, I patiently repeat the same concept over few lessons via various approaches to ensure that my students understand the concepts fully.
