Experience

I was a private tutor for mainly primary 3 to 5 and secondary 3 students off and on from 2004 until now. The students and their parents were happy with the method I taught the students as I normally gave my students a simple test to find out the standard of English they have achieved before I suggest the materials suitable for tuition. It is my intention to give tution to primary 3 to 5 students as it was a great pleasure for me to see them improve in their school work and I have decided not to teach secondary school students as I have other commitments.

Experience

My experience has mainly been in teaching theological subjects to adults, with occasional teenagers.
I also have a CELTA certificate (the most recognized TESOL certificate), and in the course, I taught adults learners (Japanese and Korean home-makers living in Singapore) for 6 hours as part of my teaching practicum. They commented that they learned many things as a result of my teaching and that they found me engaging and my lessons interesting.
