Experience

I have four years of experience teaching lower and upper secondary and polytechnic students mostly in the area of mathematics. Recently, I have began to teach students in upper secondary physics (combined and pure) and lower secondary science. Especially with my engineering background, students will come to understand these physical concepts through a perspective that is different from the normal classroom and textbook way.

Most of my students have performed well under my tutelage and gone on to higher education. I have managed to transform some of my students from scoring a mediocre grade in school to scoring distinction in Olevels.

My teaching style is one of ensuring understanding in basic mathematics and science concept and linking them to real life applications. I often set high expectation for myself in terms of clarity in explaining concepts as well as for my students in achieving their best in their academic subjects.
