Chinese - A2 English - B4 Mathes - B3I have been giving part time tuition for the past 7 years, and I am a full time tutor now. I have taught around 18 - 20 students in the past when I was a part time tutor. As a full time tutor, I now have 6 students in secondary level. I am also teaching in a tuition centre. My previous students have improved greatly from my coaching, from failing their exams to achieving at least a B3-B4 in their O levels. I specialise in secondary level tuition, in English, Maths and Science for lower sec, and English, E Maths, A Maths, Physics and Chemistry for upper sec. I am very patient and approachable, but am firm and strict when necessary. From my own personal experience in school, I try to impart studying skills to my students, so that they can study smart and improve their understanding on the subjects and consequently, their grades.

I will be doing a bachelors in the field of Journalism starting February of 2010. Although I do not have a lot of experience, I have taught before. I volunteered at a church in the east coast teaching students at kindergarden level. I am very patient and I have a passion for teaching. I'm very determined and will go out of my way to ensure that my students not only learn and memorise, but understand and enjoy learning as I have. I'm very fluent and well spoken with regards to the english language. I also recieved awards in schools for outstanding english performance as well as in public speaking. Because I had very good teachers myself, i'm capable of understanding how students learn better and how to make sure they understand the lesson and the material involved. I would prefer to teach mathematics only to students in the primary and lower secondary levels. However, for english i'm comfortable with teaching upper secondary levels.
