2006-2008:
I joined West Grove Primary School in 2006 as an ICT Training Executive. I worked closely with the HOD of IT in the planning and development of ICT programs for the school. I conducted ICT based lessons for students from Primary 1 to Primary 6. I also conducted professional development workshops for the teachers. My time in West Grove Primary School gave me the experience to work and communicate efficiently with primary school students.

Jan - June 2009:
I joined the teaching force (MOE) and was posted to Fuhua Primary School as an untrained teacher. I was the form teacher of a Primary 3 class. My teaching experiences includes subjects such as English,
Maths, Science, Social Studies, Health Education and Art. After the mid-year exam results analysis, my class was ranked in the top 5 among all the other Primary 3 classes. I was also a member of the Science Department and was the Primary 3 Science Level Manager during my stay there. I oversee the teaching and learning resources for Primary 3 Science and also the assessment and examination materials.

July 2009 - present:
Currently, I am studying in NIE as a trainee teacher. I completed the first year of my 2 year Diploma in Education course and at the moment, I am pursuing my second year. Chinese-A Maths-A Geography-A Physics-C General Paper (English)-B As a tutor, I have taken tutions for 3 primary level students for one year. One was a failure student and the rest were two mediocre in there studies. Within one semester all three showed remarkable improvement in their performance. The one who had failed in the past academic year, managed to clear all subjects. The rest two moved one grade higher. Apart, from this I was teaching professional course to a class of fifty students for two years. There also I came across students who found some subjects difficult to understand and as a result had lost grades. I was able to help them have better understanding of the concerned subjects and get really good results.
