Experience

In my opinion, patience is key to the success of a student.
I have taught 3 students, 2 of which were lower primary and 1 'O' level student. All 3 showed improvement in their results. The subjects I have taught so far was mathematics.
I have done many community projects and travelled overseas to do charity work during my course of study in ACSI. I have no issues with interaction between children and youths.
I will be matriculating into the University of Cambridge in 2015, studying Psychology.

Commitment

Experience

I have one year experience teaching a Secondary 3 N(A)-Level student Mathematics and Science (Chem/Bio). Her grades have improved, although not tremendously, but she has moved up from getting single digit marks to the passing range. She has also consistently improved in her class tests and quizzes. There is still time for her to improve and score better grades and I am more than willing to guide her as she works hard to reach goal. This is my promise to all my future students. I consider myself a very patient person and as long as the student is willing to cooperate with me and give me a chance, I will work hard to help him/her even if he/she is very weak in that particular subject.

Commitment

I can start as soon as possible and will be able to do so even after I enrol in NUS in 2016, I will be taking double degree in Chemical Engineering and Economics. I intend to only teach during the weekends.

Experience

I do not have any official teaching experience, but through growing up in a big family I have always been the patient teacher to my nieces and nephews. My eldest niece has a Chinese speaking background and couldn't even complete a sentence in English. After teaching her for a few months, now she can even communicate her non-Chinese classmates.

Commitment

I am able to start work ASAP, as I am still pursuing my studies in poly, for weekdays I can only commit after 6pm. For weekends I am able to arrange the timing anytime during the day.
