i have one year experience teaching a secondary 1 kid living next door. She had shown significant improvement in mathematics after the lessons.
For the content based subjects, i will highlight the important keywords for the students to remember, and help them to make notes as much as i can. i will then provide the students with questions to practice on. Practice makes perfect.
For subjects like mathematics, i will bring assignments for my students to complete every lesson, and homeworks as well. i will give them some tests ones in a short while to keep track of their learning.

Commitment

i can start as soon as possible, and will be able to do so in the long run. I will prefer classes in the evening after 6pm on weekdays and any time on weekends. The actual timings will be negotiable. I will try to reschedule my schedule upon request.
