Experience

I have around 3years of tutoring experience.

I am currently teaching English, maths and Chinese for pre-schoolers, English, maths, Chinese, science and higher Chinese for primary school students, as well as maths, emaths, amaths, history and geography for secondary school students.

I strongly believe in my students understanding completely what they are taught as this will help them build a strong foundation in their studies. This will greatly aid them in their future pursue of studies. Thus, I come up with concepts which are easy to understand for my students.

I am experienced in providing tuition to different students, including a girl with ADHD and is slow in learning as well as foreigners who came from Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia. I give a lot of encouragements when needed, and is patient towards my students.

In addition to the above, I have 2years of experience providing tuition for needy children from a family service centre. This allows me to come into contact with more types of students, allowing me to better understand their needs and behavior or even their problems faced when they study.
