Experience

I have had experience teaching children at various institutes and in various subjects.
I have undergone training certified by University of Cambridge (CELTA) in teaching English, which involved supervised practice of teaching English to adults and young adults. The training provided has enabled me to be well versed in phonics, grammar, and developing lesson plans to improve specific areas of language.
I taught for 4 months at a primary school in London, assisting in subjects including creative writing, English, and Mathematics. I have also taught co-curricular activities such as Science Club at various international schools including UWC, OFS, GESS, and CIS.
My other experiences with children education involve serving as a counselor for at-risk children and a coach for workshops at MOE schools. Through the process, I have motivated many children with behavior or concentration issues to implement study methods and improve their results. I have also had several years of experience in coaching children to swim.
