Experience

I have always loved children and enjoyed teaching. My first proper experience (aside from tutoring my younger sibling) was in JC when I joined the Service-Learning Club (something like providing social services to the needy) - I taught EM3 children math in a small group setting. Most of them had slightly problematic family backgrounds and were boisterous and very active. I enjoyed teaching them math very much.
After I graduated, during my 8 months break while waiting for Uni to start, I tutored another hyperactive and unmotivated P2 kid. Eventually he managed to stop failing and started passing, with the occasional tests that he excelled in.

Experience

I tutored a Primary 6 boy, his Secondary 2 brother and a Primary 6 girl. For the Primary 6 boy, I was tutoring him on Math and Science, while for the Primary 6 girl, it was English and Math. The Secondary 2 boy was tutored on Science and English. When I started tutoring them, all of them were failing. However, after close to 2 months of tutoring, twice a week, each time 1 hour and 30 minutes, they started improving and started to do much better.

Commitment

I can start to teach anytime, but as I'm currently working, it would be better for me to give tuition on weekend mornings or weekdays evening.
