Experience

My experience as a Psychologist and Educational Therapist includes working with mainstream students, special needs students and also teens and adults. I have been living in Singapore for about twenty years and I am familiar with the Singapore and International Mathematics curriculum.
I offer specialized educational support services for students with dyscalculia or math difficulties, to help them improve and achieve success in mathematics. Interventions are suitable for students from 6 years and older who have difficulties with early numeracy skills and Primary school students, teens and adults with dyscalculia.
I have extensive experience working with students who have math difficulties or dyscalculia, including those with dyslexia, ADHD and ASD. I also worked with teens and adults who have dyscalculia. I start with a diagnostic math assessment in order to detect underlying difficulties in math and to assess math anxiety. It is crucial for students to experience success in math, reduce math anxiety and create better results. Early intervention is important, especially for those who are struggling in kindergarten and P1/2 with early numeracy and foundations in math.
I wrote 2 books on Maths which are sold in Popular book stores.
